BLUCARE is a dietary supplement in capsules based on Ashwagandha.

Ashwagandha is a beautiful plant native to Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka also called Indian Ginseng which has been well known in Ayurvedic medicine for over 3000 years for its calming and energizing properties.

The active ingredients with pharmacological activity of Ashwagandha are placed in the root and are mainly withanolides. In particular, withaferin-A stimulates the neurotransmitter pathways in the brain.

Stress, anxiety and sleep disturbances are a frequent characteristic of modern life . So, an Indian research team conducted a prospective, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial to evaluate the effects of an aqueous extract of Ashwagandha root contained in BlueCare capsules, on the reduction of stress and anxiety in adults.

The clinical study involved 60 individuals between the ages of 18 and 55, who were asked to take 1 capsule of BlueCare (300mg) twice a day for 8 weeks.

The study showed a significant decrease in stress levels, confirmed by the significant decrease in cortisol levels in the blood of subjects treated with BlueCare.

Also for anxiety, the results obtained confirmed a significant reduction in anxiety symptoms after the following treatment with BlueCare 600mg  for 8 weeks.

How to use: It is recommended to take two capsules a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, between meals.
